1. Go to www.birdiefire.com and sign in to your account.
2. Click 'Your Account' at the top.
3. Click the orange 'Upgrade Services' button to upgrade to DECADE Elite.
4. Make sure you cancel your subscription with the App store so you do not get charged again.
